I apologize for lack of updates lately, but we’ve been busy. Very busy. And you’ll begin to see fruits of that in the coming weeks, starting with this update.
The Hobosoul, while still unofficial, has started it’s journey into brewing beers. We’ve started small, with this 5 gallon batch. It is (was–I drank it all already) a Nut Brown Ale, made with a recipe/kit from Oak Barrel Winecraft in Berkeley, CA. Very tasty it was, much like a Newcastle or any other brown ale you may have tried. It’s step one. Step two was a British Porter, but I’ll save pics from that until later.
